Jarvis and Dreams LLC ships all orders from the United States. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless explicitly stated.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Jarvis and Dreams LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, you may contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
